Just the other day we reported on K-Fed and his interest in getting custody of his two children with pop tart and celebrity disaster, Britney Spears. Today, sources have revealed to TMZ that money could be the real motive for K-Feds custody plans, not the actual kids.

While Kevin is playing the concerned and loving father, sources are saying that Kev has had no contact with Brit Brit for the last three month and she’s been begging him to talk to her for the kids, but he’s not falling for her game.

According to the sources, Kevin’s camp has several declarations from Kevin, the lawyers, a nanny that Brit interviewed at one point, and Kevin’s nanny (they didn’t specify if it was actually his nanny or the nanny he hired for kids). Several magazine articles concerning Britney were also included in the package. Of course, it is likely that the magazine articles will not be admissible in any court in America.

If you’re like everyone else on the planet, then you are familiar with the Girls Gone Wild franchise. You know, they have those cheesy commercials of the girls who fall all over each other that normally air between breaks of the Jerry Springer Show. Well apparently, the creator, Joe Francis got nabbed by the police for shooting some underage girls. However, Joe was not behind the camera at the time and while he sits in jail, where he has been since April, he plans to fight this conviction.

If the story were to end here it would hardly be gossip or even news, considering when it happened, but Francis talked to Page Six of the New York Post and had some things to say about Playboy mogul, Hugh Hefner. Apparently, when Hef was on Larry King Live in May he opted to not defend Francis, even stating, “I am not a fan because I think it’s exploitative and I don’t think he’s a very nice guy.”

When Hugh was asked if there is a difference between the two businesses (Playboy and Girls Gone Wild), Hef said, “I don’t see any parallels. What sets the magazine apart is it really is a lifestyle publication, you know, with good fiction and good articles. It doesn’t have much to do with what he’s doing.”

In a bit of scary news, actress (if you want to call her that) Tori Spelling, is already planning for a second child. Meanwhile, I was thinking one might be enough for the interesting reality star. After all, she just gave birth in March to her first child, Liam. However, Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are considering more.

Tori is hoping for a little girl, but whatever she has is fine according to what she told People Magazine. However, she does want them to be close in age so you know what that means. She’s hoping to get cracking on another one mighty soon. As if one Tori-spawn wasn’t enough?

Back in 2004, Leonardo DiCaprio spent a lot of his time on the campaign trail. Back then, he was a staunch supporter of Senator John Kerry. In 2004, DiCaprio traveled to about 14 states to gain support for Kerry and to raise money for his campaign. According to DiCaprio, he went to the mat for Kerry because he liked his environmental policy.

Speaking of Kerry, DiCaprio said, “I thought he had an amazing environmental policy. I have yet to hear of a candidate that has compared in that regard. I’m waiting for the right questions to be asked, and for these candidates to give really clear responses to what they’re going to do in a tangible way – not a lot of rhetoric. I want to hear the hardcore facts.”

The question is will he hear those facts? Surprisingly enough, the environment has not got a lot of mention in the upcoming campaign. While presidential hopefuls are wooing the religious, the minorities, and the people that want the war to end, the environment is being left behind.

Lindsay Lohan is in rehab…again, this time in Utah. After being charged with another DUI, being caught with cocaine (also again), taking a narcotic into a custody facility, and driving on a suspended license Lindsay decided to give rehab another try. However, some people believe that Lindsay is not to blame.

Lohan’s former bodyguard, Tony Almeida, spoke with In Touch Magazine, where he had a lot to say about the Lohan clan and how they raised their precious cash cow of a daughter. Almeida worked as Lohan’s guard between 2002 and 2005. During this time, he claims that Lindsay’s parents were anything but parents. One of the many claims he makes is that her parents never gave her any structure during her childhood years.

Almeida made it quite clear that Lindsay was there to pay the bills and support her parents’ extravagant lifestyle. Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn’t it be the other way around? Almeida mentioned that Lindsay had to deal with the substance abuse from both mother and father. He told In Touch, “From a young age, she dealt with her father’s physical, emotional, and drug abuses, as well as her mother’s drinking.”

Last week reports came out about Ving Rhames’ dogs and how they mauled and killed the caretaker of Rhames’ estate. However, there might be more to this than meets the eye. The Los Angeles Police are not positive what killed the caretaker, Jacob Adams, 40.

It is known that Adams was pronounced dead the previous Friday in front of Ving Rhames’ home in Brentwood, California. The police have stated that Rhames’ dogs had allegedly attacked the caretaker. However, now the police say that an autopsy is necessary before they make any formal determinations. Lieutenant Fred Corral stated an autopsy is needed and could take eight to ten weeks before the word is in on whether the cause was a heart attack or a dog attack.
