If John Mayer were a little bit cuter I might have went for the beauty and the beast are dating, but alas I could not find anything flattering enough of Mayer’s to call him a hottie. Needless to say it seems that Cameron Diaz has found a brand new music man.

According to Us Weekly, the 34 year old actress was seen out and about with Mayer. Diaz has been in the news most recently for the gossip about her being a home wrecker and breaking up Criss Angel’s marriage (which both deny, even though her rep did admit to them having dated) and for the recent end to her relationship with Justin Timberlake.

Mayer, who is 29, went to several places with Diaz. Apparently this is a new and budding thing, but it the two really like one another and their time spent together has gone well. Of course, in traditional fashion reps for both camps are refusing to talk about the possibility of any relationships.

As Kevin continues to subpoena everyone in Britney’s life, past and present, her former staff and nannies have begun to speak out. In this week’s issue of Us Weekly, the nannies are talking and they do not have very flattering things to say!

The nannies spoke out against Brit and if they keep talking like this they will be getting a subpoena, too. Of course, let’s face it, at this point, even he doesn’t need that much help, anymore. Anyway, here is a lowdown of some of what they have said, for the rest you should check out the Magazine as it should be in stores now.

One nanny said that when Brit Brit was pregnant with JJ, Brit requested the nanny sleep in bed with her and Sean Preston. Another nanny claims that Brit drinks in front of the kids. We aren’t talking one “calm down” drink either; we’re talking pass out drunk. Thank goodness for nannies!

The scoop according to Jimmy Fallon is that he is getting married. According to reports, he popped the question to girlfriend, Nancy Jovonen on Friday evening while they were visiting her family’s home on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Apparently, Fallon opted for a beautiful and unique emerald cut diamond made by Neil Lane. No wedding date has been reported as of yet and this is the first time either of the couple have been engaged.

Juvonen is close friends and partners with Drew Barrymore. Together, the two women own Flower Films, which has been in business for around a decade. Some of Juvonen’s credits include Fever Pitch (one of Fallon’s movies), 50 First Dates, and He’s Just Not That into You. Fallon is currently working on the movie, Rockett, where he will star with Sharon Stone.

A month or so ago, I saw a picture of Angelina Jolie on a rag sheet where she looked thinner than Nicole Richie. I chalked it up to the typical rag sheet nonsense. You know, women giving birth to aliens and things of the like. I highly doubted that she was really as thin as they were making her look.

Now I have to wonder if the rag sheets were predicting the future. What do you think? The first picture was taken this month in Chicago and the other was taken a few months ago. To me, the girl looks like she needs to eat. Brad, take her to dinner or something!

You really have to watch those office romances. They can be good for awhile, but they often end up becoming messy. Well this one hasn’t become messy (and it might never do so), but it is over according to representatives for the couple. Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer, both of the Fox Drama, House, have ended their engagement.

The couple stated that they decided not to get married, but they are still very close and they plan to continue working together on House. Of course, it’s not like they had a whole lot of choice in the matter as their characters on the show are also together.

Funnily enough, the characters just got into having some fun together in bed, and now the actors will be ending that phase of their relationship. The couple became engaged last Christmas when Spencer proposed in French in front of the Eiffel Tower (how romantic!). Morrison had no idea what Spencer said though because she doesn’t speak French, though when she figured it out she said yes.

The Nines, a new movie starring Ryan Reynolds and Elle Fanning consists of three short films. The one thing that each film has in common is that each film features the same actors in different and sometimes overlapping, roles.

“The Prisoner” tells the story of a troubled television star (Ryan Reynolds) who finds himself under house arrest. His chipper publicist (Melissa McCarthy) and a disillusioned next-door neighbor (Hope Davis) are his only links to the outside world. Mysterious events lead him to question whether one or both women are deceiving him about the nature of his incarceration.

“Reality Television” is a half-hour episode of “Behind the Screen,” a Project Greenlight-style documentary series that tracks the process of creating a network television drama. Having shot the pilot, creator Gavin Taylor (also Ryan Reynolds) faces post-production with the help of his best friend (and lead actress) Melissa McCarthy and development VP Susan Howard (Hope Davis).
