Britney Spears and Criss Angel were caught heading into a Westwood area W Hotel last night and they didn’t come out until this morning. Come to find out, this gossip is still as gross as it was yesterday.
In a bit of MTV news, it looks like Lily Allen will not be doing the MTV Music Awards as once planned. There were rumors that MTV fired Allen, but it seems the singer still has Visa issues and they will not be worked out in time.
Britney’s lawyer is on the way out. Laura Wasser was the amazing (she had to be amazing to do what she did) lawyer that got Britney the joint custody that she received for her boo-boo’s. However, now she’s on the way out. She hooked Brit up with alternatives, but Brit wants to keep Wasser. Currently, it doesn’t look like Brit has enough money to make that happen.
Amy Winehouse is using her first days out of rehab to her advantage by running errands and drinking at pubs. Unfortunately, when they explained the 12 step program she didn’t stay long enough to understand that they didn’t mean twelve steps…to the next bar.
Now that the ink is dry on the Heche/Laffoon divorce, actress Anne Heche is saying that she wants more time with the former couple’s five year old son, Homer. Heche is looking to change the child custody arrangements that are currently in place. Currently, Heche needs to submit two weeks notice to her ex when she wants to spend time with her son. She wants to change that to state that she can give the notice when she isn’t able to see her child.
Heche contends that she sometimes receives breaks from filming Men in Trees where she is located in Canada. Her son and ex-husband reside in Los Angeles. These breaks, which last for up to four days would allow her to see her son. However, she does not know when these breaks will be given at all times. At most she is given advanced notice of her days off seven days ahead of time. So, she cannot logically give more notice than that.

To announce the upcoming season of Ugly Betty, which will start at the end of September, the following video montage was made. It offers bits of some of the funniest moments from the first season and prepares you for the upcoming season.
The quality isn’t perfect, like the majority of YouTube videos, but you should get the point. The tag line of the new season: “Brighter, Bolder, Bettyer”. The song was created just for Betty and future promos should give you a chance to see things through Betty’s eyes.
Let’s imagine a scenario for a minute. You’re a doting grandparent who loves your grandchild very much. One day, the child is murdered, along with both parents, and one is the murderer who ends up committing suicide. What do you do?
Well, if you’re Nancy Benoit’s parents you jump into the legal ring to find out who gets the houses and money that are sitting there waiting for someone to claim them. However, now they are not the only family members that are trying to get a piece of the leftover pie.
Earlier in the summer wrestler, Chris Benoit murdered his wife and son and then he committed suicide. Now it’s necessary to find out who died first to determine where the money goes. Whoever died last will sway where the money goes. While Chris was technically the last to go for sure, laws actually consider him the first to die because of his crime. This ensures that his remaining family members cannot benefit in any way.
