Page Six of the NY Post had a chance to speak with Donald Trump about his upcoming Celebrity Apprentice show. While Donald could pick just about anyone he is certainly hoping to make things interesting and by that I do not mean that the contestants will include Starr Jones and Rosie O’Donnell. As interesting as that would be, apparently Donald likes the drunken, mindless pop tarts just a little bit more. Three of the possible contestants according to Trump include Brit Brit, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton.
According to Donald, he is in talks with Britney, Paris has expressed interest in doing it, and he will be calling Lindsay (in rehab?) about the show appearance this week. When Trump spoke of Britney he admitted he did not know what would happen stating, “she’s a [bleep]ing mess”. As for Paris, like most people he was a little less enthusiastic, “she wants to be on, and we’re thinking about it, but I don’t know if we’re going to do it.”
Lohan received the same response about the mess thing as Britney did though Trump feels it would be good for all three girls. Reps have not gotten back to anyone currently with exception for Mike Sitrick who works with Paris. According to Sitrick, he has no knowledge of the deal, but admits that Trump is friends with Paris’ father so it’s possible that they are negotiating on their own for now.
Some stars that will be on the show and have already signed their contracts include Carmen Electra, Joan Rivers, Jim Cramer, Naomi Judd, Kimora Lee Simmons, Dana Patrick, Jeff Gordon, George Foreman, Amorosa, Pete Rose, and Tony Hawk. Trump said that he would consider letting Rosie on the show, though her reps reply was short and sweet, summing up things quite well. “It will not happen in this lifetime or beyond.”
The playing stars will be raising money for charities while working for Trump on the reality show.
