Puppy Police Visit Britney

Britney's in more trouble Apparently the custody of her children is not the only thing in question. Now the future custody of her dog might be in question, too. The LA chapter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals recently visited Spears home to check up on the status of some cruelty claims about her pooch.

Madeline Bernstein who heads up the LA part of the SPCA mentioned receiving numerous calls about Britney’s dog. Some calls mentioned that the dog wasn’t being treated properly and other calls mentioned that the dog was in a cast. The SPCA went out to see Spears and her dog in order to assess the situation.

Unfortunately, Spears was not home at the time so they left their information. Bernstein made sure to mention that one way or another, the issue would be resolved.

Does anyone see another Federline subpoena in the works here, or is it just me?
