Nothing could be finer than being offered a Teen Choice Award. However, on Sunday there was meant to be another category that didn’t make the list thanks to a group of party poopers that were not accepting of their nominations. The category was known as Newsmakers of the Year!

The category included Paris for going to jail, Lindsay for one of her DUIs, Britney for shaving her head, Sanjaya Malakar for wearing a faux Mohawk and being unable to sing, and Larry Birkhead for the Dannielynn custody drama.

Birkhead was told that the category had been scraped just two days before the awards. Rumor has it that the three tarts didn’t like the idea of the category and after much complaining from their publicists, Fox got rid of the category.

John Graziano is still in critical condition, but reports are surfacing of witness accounts of what happened that night prior to the crash that landed Graziano in the hospital. Witnesses are saying that Nick Bollea (wrestler Hulk Hogan’s son) was racing against a silver, Dodge Viper in the moments before he lost control and crashed into a palm tree.

Frances Vitalis was on the way home when she saw the two cars racing in the street. She said the two cars were speeding through traffic lights and it was obvious that they were racing. She told the St. Petersburg Times, that she knew something was going to happen, “You know this is a bad situation and these guys are hotdogging.” It probably didn’t help that the roads were slick. Vitalis said that she watched as one car would speed away and the next would catch up.

The games ended that night when the Supra fishtailed out and crashed into a tree. Vitalis said that she tried to get into Graziano’s door, but the car was so mangled that she could not get it open. The SP Times is reporting that a 2006 silver Dodge Viper coupe is registered to Terry (Hulk Hogan) Bollea, but it is unclear if this was the same car that was racing the Supra that night. Additionally, witnesses were unable to determine who was driving the other car.

Currently, the 22 year old, ex-Marine, John Graziano is still listed in critical condition. Nick Bollea has been treated and released. The Clearwater police are saying that there was no evidence that Bollea was racing. Witnesses do not agree, but despite that no charges have been filed.

These days you aren’t a special Hollywood A-Lister unless you are doing something stupid or making the news for your childish antics. Quentin Tarantino, one to never be outdone, has moved into that special category with his diva-like behavior as reported by Page Six.

While Quentin was flying back from Manila last week he boarded the plane in a wheelchair because he hurt his back. He was being pushed by actress (if you want to call her that) Tiffany Limos. Rather than behaving and sitting in first class where he belongs, Quentin demanded to sit on the floor or in one of the flight attendant’s seats.

Apparently, he was such a baby, throwing these fantastical tantrums that he made one of the flight attendants cry. The whole scene continued to go on until a Filipino politician, also aboard the Philippines Airline flight spoke up and ended the problems.

Seriously, is it just me or is Paris Hilton heading down the path to Jenna Jameson land? This picture was shot the other night at Pure in Las Vegas. All I could think when I looked at it was Jenna (have you seen her new pics?!

They’re frightening to say the least!). I don’t expect much from Paris, but wow I guess jail really does harden a girl up because these pictures are not that flattering. She’s starting to look like an old, washed up porn star…Well, two out of three ain’t bad.

El Debarge

If you don’t recognize the name it’s because he hasn’t been around in awhile….a long while. El Debarge was a singer back in the 80s with hits like “Rhythm of the Night” and “Who’s Johnny”. Well recently Eldra Debarge was arrested for domestic abuse charges. Currently, Debarge is unable to pay his $20,000 bail, so he’s still sitting in jail.

Nick Carter and his Loving Layla

Nick Carter paid his mom to watch his dog Layla while he worked on a Backstreet Boys reunion tour. Ever the loving mother that she is, mom paid him back by dropping the dog off at an animal shelter. Nick found out when he got a call from a previous owner. Nick’s reps say that he is doing everything he can to get Layla back. He’s even going as far as chartering a plane just for her or hiring handlers that can bring her home to Daddy.

Men don’t normally brag about having a small penis. It’s just one of those things that you don’t talk about. This is even more likely to happen if you’re dealing with celebrities. Sure, some stars have to be hung like a mouse, but none of them own up. Well, none of them have until now.

Enrique Iglesias recently joked in an interview that he would change the size of his penis, saying that it is “way, way, way too small.” He even went as far to say that he can’t find extra small condoms.

Well, Lifestyle condoms want to help the teeny tiny singer out. They are offering him one million dollars to tastefully show off their new extra small condoms in a tasteful ad campaign. The Latin singer, who is currently dating Anna Kournikova (I wonder if she likes everything miniature or if it’s just him), will also appear on the packaging if he agrees to the deal.

Foxy and Riker’s just don’t mix

Despite efforts of the three month pregnant, Foxy Brown to get out of Riker’s Island on an early release, the judges on the case aren’t about to budge. Brown’s lawyers claimed that the decision that was made by the judge to put her in jail last week was unlawful. Unfortunately, that didn’t work and she remains in prison, where they are saying she is, “suffering greatly.” She will remain in, at least, until her probation hearing on September 7.

Moynahan not Brady

The Moynahan/Brady baby has been named and he does not have his baby daddy last name. The child’s name is John Edward Thomas Moynahan. Thomas and Edward are Tom Brady’s first and middle name, so he is in there somewhere, just not where it counts completely. The child is the first for both for the now defunct couple. The two broke up while Moynahan was pregnant.
