Lance Bass is currently in New York City performing on Broadway as Corny Collins in Hairspray. Bass was interviewed by New York Magazine and is claiming that the interview has parts of it that were completely different than what he told the reporter.

People reports that Bass writes on his Myspace page, “This dumb reporter just put words in my mouth and turned everything I said into a negative. I told her I love NY and I will probably be doing the bi-coastal thing now because I love it so much.”

New York Magazine told People Magazine that they stand behind their reporter and make a joke of it on their blog. They welcomed Lance to NYC even though they claim that he never mentioned that in the interview.

Amy Winehouse is becoming more popular than Paris Hilton these days. Alright, well maybe not, but she’s definitely the cause of more interesting news. Today this news comes from Amy’s in laws. Blake’s parents want you and all other Winehouse listeners to boycott the singer’s music. The goal is to send the message that her obvious addiction is not okay and that her behavior is not excusable.

Blake’s parents, Giles and Georgette Fielder-Civil were on Five Live, a BBC Radio show this morning. They spoke about how they believe Amy and Blake are both addicted to drugs. They feel the couple are in denial about their addictions and fear that they will not stop their behavior. Georgette said that Blake would be upset with her for speaking out publically about the couple’s issues, but she heard that they will not get help.

Alright, I was just teasing, she really is that dumb. Seriously though, Lauren Caitlin Upton, otherwise known as Miss Teen South Carolina (or in my house, Jesus, she’s stupid), wants you to know that she did not do anything wrong. She told The State newspaper in South Carolina, “I wasn’t expecting the question. I lost my train of thought.” Wow. I didn’t even know she had one.

Since she mentioned that she lost her train of thought, the Today Show is being nice enough to give her some study time (to find out what maps are and where America is on one) and they are going to give her another chance to answer the question.

Mario Lopez, who was the host of the Teen USA pageant, told People that he would have liked to help her, but he was not allowed to talk to the contestants while they were answering the questions. He felt bad for her according to what he said.

Surprisingly enough, Miss Teen South Carolina is a varsity athlete and a student leader at Lexington High School. Not only that, but she graduated in June with a grade point of 3.5. I’m thinking there was some sort of sliding scale.

TMZ has reported that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services are investigating Britney on possible child abuse charges. While normally these cases would involve physical abuse, this is not believed to be the case with Britney. Instead they are looking at Britney for charges dealing with poor dental hygiene, poor eating habits, and poor sleeping habits.

Considering the fact that she is in the midst of a custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline and things keep looking worse and worse for the once upon a time pop diva. Not only that but this is all coming off a week where she was pulled over for speeding and she was investigated for animal cruelty.

While Paris is parading around like the no-account, untalented hack she is, Knightly is letting people know that maybe there is more to life than being a celebrity, and she’s making herself look good by doing it.

Knightly recently said, “It frightens me when kids go ‘I want to be famous’. Why? Because you want to go into a restaurant? You know what? If you book, you can get into a restaurant. Ok, I’m on the cover of a magazine but somebody does the hair, and the make-up and airbrushes the f**k out of me - it’s not me, it’s something other people have created.”

While he always seemed like a happy go lucky guy, it has been confirmed by sources of Extra that Owen Wilson did attempt suicide last night. The source insisted that Wilson has been depressed for months and it had nothing to do with a broken up relationship or the Kate & Dax kissing episode at the grocery store, which occurred hours before the attempt Wilson made on his life.

While most of Wilson’s family and friends are shocked, Luke Wilson must feel the worst right now, as he was the one to find his brother in need of serious help.

Since the attempt, Owen has been leaving statements with entertainment sites such as Extra and TMZ. The statements are similar and this is what he said, “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”

Despite being in a serious car accident on Sunday, reports are now surfacing that the Florida hospital where Nick Bollea (Hogan) was in serious condition last evening, have released him. Hogan’s condition seemingly improved enough for him to be released. However, his passenger remains in critical condition.

The Clearwater, Florida police have also released some information on the incident. The car involved in the accident was a Toyota Supra. Around 7:30 PM, 17-year-old Nick and his friend/passenger were going at a high rate of speed when Nick lost control of the vehicle, rammed into a raised highway median, flipped over and ended up crashing into a palm tree. Both Nick and his passenger needed to be removed from the car with the jaws of life.

The passenger in critical condition has been identified. He is John J. Graziano, a 22-year-old acquaintance of Nick. No further information has become available on his condition. However, this crash does not seem to be caused by alcohol or drugs. A pending investigation is still continuing into the cause of the crash.

Once the toilets are clean and the therapy sessions are over, what is there to do in rehab? One possible option is sex! At least, that’s the idea if you’re Lindsay Lohan. Of course, I could be all wrong. She could have been celebrating her nearly non-existant jail sentence and lack of felonies by showering love on the closest junkie she could find (good thing she’s in rehab!)

Lohan was caught, presumably with her pants down, having sex in the bathroom of the Cirque Lodge, the rehab center where Lohan has been getting clean…and dirty from the sounds of things. The staff went into the bathroom because they heard moaning sounds. When they walked in, they found Lohan having sex with a male patient who is in for drug abuse.

Sources claim that they opened the door and saw Lindsay, “in a compromising position with the guy.” The source also mentioned that the man was good looking and, “just what Lindsay likes.” Rumors being what they may, it’s said that gossip is flying around the Center about Lohan and her nightly bathroom activities.

Reports coming out of Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg have updated the condition of Hulk Hogan’s son Nick, and his passenger. Nick, who drove an Toyota Supra into a palm tree located on a highway median, has been listed in serious condition. The teen driver’s passenger, a friend of his, has been listed in critical condition.

While it may be hard to believe, sources of the Star Magazine are reporting that Owen Wilson was hospitalized this evening in Santa Monica, California. Apparently, based on what the magazine was told by sources, Wilson was found by a family member who called for help.

The supposed method of suicide included slashes to his left wrist and taking an undetermined amount of pills in hopes of overdosing. Both police and ambulance responded to calls to Wilson’s house around 12 PM on Sunday. According to sources, his wrist has been sutured and bandaged and he should be fine.

Based on reports Wilson was set to be transferred from the hospital where he will be going into detox. Wilson’s condition was listed as serious when he was taken in and some family arrived to be with him. Others at the scene were the police and a criminal defense attorney.

Hulk Hogan’s teenage son, Nick was in a serious car accident on Sunday night while in Florida. Apparently, the accident was so bad the teenager needed to be helicoptered to a nearby hospital. Both Nick and his passenger were sent to the Bayfront Medical Center, a hospital in St. Petersburg, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Nick crashed a Supra into a palm tree that rested in the median of a highway. According to reports, the high speed crash occurred at 7:30 PM. The car was destroyed in the crash and the Fire Department was called to set the two men free using the Jaws of Life. Hogan was at the scene immediately after being notified.

Currently the condition of both Nick and his passenger are unknown. More details will be updated as they become available.

These days, Michael Vick has become a household name. Whether you like football or the Atlanta Falcons everyone knows who this former player is and it has nothing to do with his game. Last week, Vick admitted to his part in a violent dog fighting ring after his father and others sold him out. Since then the NFL has suspended him indefinitely and have called his actions, “cruel and reprehensible.” He also stands to lose millions of dollars worth of endorsements, such as Nike, which has already cancelled the need for Vick’s services. However, Vick still has one fan in this crazy world. He has his momma, Brenda Vick.

Like a true mother (of someone like Lindsay Lohan), Vick sobbed while being interviewed by the New York Post. A man who is being convicted of dog fighting and owning things like rape stands (used for exactly what you think) for dogs and breaksticks (used to pry apart animals jaws) still has his momma on his side.

“They are trying to put my baby in jail, and for what? Everybody makes mistakes,” she said as she was interviewed from her mansion in Virginia. Better yet, that’s the mansion that her son bought her. “He is not a criminal . . . He’s a good person. He has a big heart, and it just hurts.” Someone needs to tell momma that good people don’t own anything called….rape sticks.

Darren Hayes was known for being the front runner (at one point) for the now defunct band, Savage Garden, before going out on his own. He was arrested last week on the charge of racism. He reportedly was racially abusive to a waiter in a Thai restaurant. There is more to the story, but I just have to say, if you’re racist why go into a Thai restaurant or any kind of ethnic place? I think I am missing something here.

Hayes was taken in by Westminster police for racially abusing the staff of Busaba Eathai on July 22. A spokesman for the Scotland Yard confirmed that a 35 year old man was arrested for the aforementioned crime. antiMusic is reporting that Hayes voluntarily turned himself in and is out on bail at this time. However, it is being said elsewhere that he is denying the claims of making racist comments.
