According to People Magazine and Britney’s lawyer, the abuse and neglect claims against Britney Spears will not go any further. Laura Wasser told People that Spears has been cleared of the recent complaints that were reported to local child welfare workers. This is not the first time that Spears has been investigated.
Wasser told People that it appeared that the county would not be pursuing action at the current time. When she spoke to People she was at one of many upcoming hearings that are set to occur in the Spears/Federline custody battle. The next date is November 26 and there is another scheduled on December 18. The court dates are to determine who should get full custody of the couple’s two children, Britney or Kevin.
Britney’s attorney told People that she did not know who made the claims to the child welfare office, “but I am trying to find out,” according to what she said.

I hope Kevin gets the kids at least he seems to be willing to be the only good parent that those babies have.
