The mother of John Graziano is speaking out now about the car crash that her son was in with reality television star, Nick Bollea, son of Hulk Hogan. Graziano’s mother has confirmed that there was a silver Viper that Hogan was racing. The driver of the Viper has been identified as Danny Jacobs.
Debbie Granziano sent an exclusive email to Bay News 9 in Florida to release the following information. “His best friend Danny, the driver in the other car, is devastated.”
In the email, Graziano also made sure that she squashed the idea that the Hogan’s would monetarily suffer for what has happened to her son.
Graziano says, “Two families are devastated. Two mothers are comforting each other and caring for each other’s children according to their needs, and will continue to do so until, as Terry said, we walk John out of here … Terry and Linda love my son and saw him as a good role model to Nick. … Since day one of this nightmare they have been with us physically, emotionally, mentally and financially.”
Thanks to this email, it is not only confirmed that there was a racing incident taking place, but it also stops the rumors that Hulk Hogan was the one driving the Silver Viper as it was previously suggested.

Well that will not sit well with Hulk Hogan. He was just on T.V saying his son was not racing and blasting the media for treating his son unfair. Hogan said witness said Nick was not racing. I wonder how the Graziano family likes Hogan lying about what caused her son to be the way he is. Talk about being uncaring about this mothers feelings. Hogan does not car about anything other then protecting his kid and his money.
Police continue the cover up in the Nick (Hogan) Bollea
car accident. John Graziano remains in critical condition as a result of poor judgment by Nick Bollea. Terry Bollea claims Nick was not racing as witnesses have said. Police have not issued any citations as of today. Police claim they are still investigating . Its been over two weeks. They hope people will forget and stop asking about this so they can get back to harassing tax payers with traffic citations. Tax payers are the ones who receive the tickets from police.
It is all so sad. I have read John’s mothers statement and I can only hope that her son recovers. Still there are witnesses and Terry Bollea as much as he may want to protect his son cannot deny that fact. None of this needed to happen. Speed kills…and Terry’s son has no right to be behind the wheel of any vehicle. He has proved that. Mrs. Graziano sounds like a compassionate woman and I hope her son has a complete recovery.
I believe that the Hogan’s are great parents. I also believe that Terry needs to stop making excuses for his son and enabling his irresponsible behavior. Another thing is the parents continue to try to make Nick look good by continuously stating that “Nick is by John’s bed side.” Stop Trying To Make Your Son Look Good While Someone Is Struggling to Live! We need to focus on John only right now, not the Hogans. Sometimes children do the opposite of what there parents taught them. Admit it and worry about the victim!

Another prime example of how celebrities (and their families) get all the breaks. If it were a mexican construction worker hauling ass in a pickup truck, he would be in jail.
How I am still alive, I do not know. Between my decisions, and my decisions to go along with my “friends” decisions, I should not be here. I am a parent. It is always easy to find flaws in other people. I hate these boards because they really breed anger. A tragedy happened. We do not know any of the people like we know ourselves. Some of us know if we were —– ( Terry, Nick,…..) We would guess we would react a certain way. I do not want to be judged by anyone. Therefore I try my best to not ever judge other people. However, when I can make a difference, I try my best to : Set an example, and correct the problem.
Hopefully those of us who are trying to be the best we can be, who take parenting seriously, will be looked on by others and we will make a difference by setting an example.
I just drove from northern California, to Southern California, with my two children. I kept my cruise control on the whole time. 30 miles over the speed limit is nothing to most of the drivers that went past me.
If so many people on here are against speeding, why are cars manufactured to go 100mph or more. I am sure you are not the only people that think speeding is wrong.
We all have our flaws, I am not better than anyone I know. I really do not know anyone that is perfect, or even close.
MOMMY you are right we all speed and some of us kill or seriously hurt people. I never have, but some do what does anyone say about that no a whole lot WHY?????? Are celebs more important than us NO, they are the same they just have $$$$ and connections. They make mistakes like everyone else. Everyone take a look at your hands palms up and tell me if you see holes. I guarentee you will not because neither you or I or anyone for that matter is perfect.
I have heard just about every conceivable excuse for Nick Bollea’s actions posted above. The rationalization of some people just astounds me. Regardless of how much we pray for John, as long as there is a conceivable chance that Nick will be back on the streets of my neighborhood in a year (which is what he is telling his friends)…I will be very vocal as to my opinion of keeping him off the road for a long long time.
Nick was racing on Court street, as he has done many times before, and we will find out in the next few days, now that John is being allowed to come out of his coma, whether its going to be a reckless homicide charge or not for Nick. I live within 2 miles of the Hogan Family residence, and have to say, I could care less if Nick goes to jail or not. I figure that’s up to the Graziano family if they want to see justice. They are the only people that he has hurt, not me. I am not vindictive, I just want to be assured that he is off the streets that I must drive on until he matures and proves he can be a responsible citizen. If that takes 15 years, so be it.
The Hogan family has had the city of Clearwater police in their back pocket for years, that’s just the way it is. No one said life was fair. The Hulk pumps a lot of money into local charities, so a blind eye has been turned to Nicks under age street racing for a couple of years now. The neigbors call the police, the police come, escort Nick back to his dad…Hulk assures the police he will handle it, the police leave…end of story on that one.
The Hulk can be a very generous man, and also a very intimidating man, used to getting what he wants, so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
Police are a complete embarassment. I can not understand how there chief is going along with this and not forcing his men to do the right thing. Charges should have been filed immediatly following the accident. No one should recieve any consideration when someone involved has a head injury. This should have went by the book. What has happend is the Police have shown all citizens that if there children where involved they would also have been treated this way. It’s sad when people work hard, pay there taxes and suport officers who are supposed to protect them and there children. What happens now that everyone knows that the police only work for certain people and not others. Maybe thats why Florida allows there people to carry guns. The officers involved in this should be fired no exceptions. Its time for a change there. Chief of police should be changed along with the mayor who has done nothing either. I hope this is all worth it guys.
I completly agree with baldy..The police is crooked always has been and always will be, and our so called, “legal system”!
shame on you Nick Holgan, and any one else sticking up for Nick…Yes, we all made mistakes, but this is a serious mistake, and I’m sure Nick parents showed him from right and wrong. Nick knew what he was doing was wrong, illegal and dangerous, but he did it anyway. Then he wants the world to feel sorry for him??? My heart, and prayers goes out to John and his family, God bless you.
