Mother of Tears is the third movie in The Mother trilogy by Dario Argento. While I haven’t seen or even heard of the other two movies, I am definitely considering looking them up now. This seems like just the kind of over the top horror that I love. You get to see Asia Argento in this one, as well. Not only that but people get set on fire, people threaten to eat a girl, there’s tons of blood, and that’s not even the half of it! So, if it sounds like something you’d like the trailer awaits you. Whether she cheated or not does not seem to matter. Country singer Sara Evans’ husband wants her to admit to whether she was involved in sexual relationships with over a dozen other men including fellow country performer Kenny Chesney, 80s pop singer Richard Marx, and her Dancing with the Stars partner Tony Dovolani.

In court papers submitted on Tuesday, the singer’s soon to be ex-husband wants Evans to go under oath and risk the penalty of perjury to answer whether she had affairs with the above mentioned men or any member of her band. The documents also want her questioned on whether Evans had an affair with any of the members of the group 3 Doors Down.

While no word has been said about whether or not Justin Timberlake will go on stage with Andy Samberg at the Emmy’s to perform Dick in a Box, it has been announced that the song, which was up for a Creative Arts Emmy has won in its category. The song originally appeared on Saturday Night Live and has since become an Internet smash sensation with millions of page views on YouTube.

Andy Samberg was there to collect his Emmy and to make a speech. He said, “I think it’s safe to say that when we first set out to make this song, we were thinking ‘Emmy!’ The other thing we were thinking was, ‘Hey! Here’s this young up and comer, Justin Timberlake, who is clearly very talented and could clearly use a break, So, Justin, if you’re out there, congrats to you, kid.”

Amy Winehouse is just a barrel of news these days. First there was that overdose, then the 12 minute stint in rehab, the breakdown, her interest in having a kid, the vacation, the fresh drug tracks, the bloody-vomit bathroom thing, her daddy so worried he’s trying to take her money, and now this. Apparently, sources are telling News of the World that Amy and her druggy husband Blake have been mixing drugs and sex on their week long vacation. While it has already been reported that the couple are thinking of having a child, now they are saying that Amy might already be pregnant.

A source told News of the World, “Amy and Blake really want a child together and they don’t want to wait. They’re trying for a baby and Amy told us she could be expecting.” The source goes on to say, “Amy thinks she might be pregnant because they shagged all holiday. She really wants a baby and thinks it will help get her life back on track.”

Admittedly, like most people I was intrigued by the idea of seeing Angelina Jolie emerge from a lake covered in dripping gold and absolutely nothing else. So, I clicked, like I am sure many others will. However, the trailer looks pretty decent. If you are into the whole fantasy, CGI-effects thing you will love this movie. If you’re not, well, you still get to see Angelina Jolie naked and dripping with gold. So, either way there is something for everyone.

This name won’t be familiar to all people but Madeleine L’Engle was a celebrity in her own right. After all, good authors are certainly hard to come by. L’Engle was most famous for her children’s fantasy novel, A Wrinkle in Time. Published in 1962 after multiple rejections, Wrinkle won a Newbery Medal the following year. L’Engle went on to publish as many as 60 books including a mix of memoirs, poetry, and fantasy novels.

Once the Harry Potter books came out, there were many pseudo-comments given to L’Engle and the series that started with A Wrinkle in Time. Fans suggested that the Wrinkle series would be a great in-between read while waiting for more Harry Potter to come out. While L’Engle did admit to reading one Harry Potter book, she was not a fan. In a 2006 Newsweek article she spoke of Harry Potter. “It’s a nice story” she said, “but there’s nothing underneath it. I don’t want to be bothered with stuff where there’s nothing underneath.”
