TMZ has been checking out the Supraforums where Nick is apparently a member. It looks like he has been making some small updates there to let people know how John Graziano is doing. Nick got into a car accident last month and John was a passenger. He has been in critical condition ever since.
According to the most recent posts on the message board made by Nick it is assumed that John is going to wake up.

“john is expected to make a full recovery its just a slow process for him to wake up because he was in a medically induced coma by a drug called pentabarb which takes weeks to wear off which is why the wake up process is is so slow. his entire body is perfect , he just hit his head.”
They also caught up with Brooke Hogan who spoke of John saying, “John is waking up. He’s doing good, really good. Just keep praying.”

this “accident” probably wouldnt have happened if he wasnt speeding! the phrase “speed kills” is there for a reason, apparently he’s been ticketed for speeding a number of times but because daddy has money a speeding ticket means nothing to these people if i got a speeding ticket my arse would be worrying about how its gonna get paid…. and ID STOP SPEEDING!
Looks like Terry and Linda are great parents, and have good relationships with their children, if they didn’t their kids would be on drugs and out drinking, and acting stupid. Nick did what most every other kid does and it ended badly, he’s no different than millions of others. Except that he has a better family and good relationship with his sister. Most siblings are not as close. So he learned a lesson. Jon will wake up, forgive him. Jon learned a lesson too. End of frickin story. SO SHUD UP
Hello, their kids ARE out drinking and acting stupid!! Nick is a street racer and because of that he almost killed his friend… if you do something a NORMAL person would not do and it ends badly can you call that an accident?
I think he understands what happened.He never attended to get into an accident people are so quick to be like put him in jail fine him.Hey kids make mistakes and all that really matters is hes alive and his friend thank god is doing much better that is all that should matter I think everyone has learned a lesson from this accident and things happen for reason just drive safe and know that its not just your life you risk its others that is why when driving it is important to drive the speed limit and be cautious I’m just happy there ok that is all that matters.
i agree with everyone else, it could happen to anyone, i personally love the hogans and you dont know how people feel unless ur in there shoes so i think nick is trying to look on thhe positive side which he should. He is lovely and genuine person he would never mean to hurt his friend. Its just one of them things x x

everyone just needs to shut the hell up… Because honestly we can sit here and argue about how jon is doing or who’s fault it was.. Nick is a good person and would not do anything to hurt himself or someone else and I know jon better than anyone else and he is just as good of a person and knew what they were doing so everyone just leave it alone and keep jon in your prayers…
My heart goes out to the Graziano family. I just saw the ABC news video with John’s father talking about the cardiac arrest and other major medical problems. It is just heart breaking. Quite frankly I hope that the Bolleas will not put anymore information out…what I saw was just awful…he bumped his head…he is coming around…his body is perfect…and on and on. The Bollea family has a long and hard road ahead of them regardless as to the outcome of all of this. It is really sickening that the reality show is still on…contracts or not, I would surely find a way to pull it off the air..if only to show some respect to John’s families heart aches. I am not going to argue who is at fault…when you get behind the wheel of a vehicle and race down a street and lose control, you are responsible. I just pray that the Graziano family get through this and that justice is done. God bless them.

Justin, you’re an idiot. Using your warped thinking, it would be fine to fire a few clips from a machine gun out the back door of your double wide, as long as you don’t mean to hurt anybody. People have to be held accountable for the consequences of their actions.
It is the responsibility of the driver that all passengers have their seat belts on. That also includes those in the back seat.
I was strict with my children about this and my my friends. If they do not want to use a belt, then they do not drive with me. PERIOD

Has anyone looked up the definition of an “accident”? The only reason this has been broadcasted overboard is because he is a celebrity. He is a 17 yr old boy that had an accident is trying to make the best of a bad situation. If Nick was your son, wouldn’t you support him? THat is all the Bollea family is doing, they are also supporting the Graziano family as well. They are great people and have raised their kids well. The comment of Nick’s ” bumped his head” is him being positive for John and trying to leak out any info to dumb a$$ that try blowing it out of the water!
I think that Nick is very immature and that he thinks his crap doesn’t smell because of who his daddy is. He should legally be held responsible for what any normal citizen would be held responsible for regardless of our name or bank account. Nick obviously thought nothing of speeding over and over again as the evidence of his driving record shows. I just hope the right decision is made on the outcome of this tragedy.
My son lost two of his best friend in an accident two years ago one died and the driver was 80 percent burned and lost an arm, he was just sentenced to spend the next nine year of he’s life in prison and the familys were close. the law is the law you play you will pay.
To all if you who are just calling this an accident you are so wrong, first a accident is 5 over the speed limit, not 100 mph, I lost my only child last year to a reckless driver and believe me it was not an accident this person was doing 100 in a 20 just to show off. Any one who has lost a child knows how I feel, the person who killed my son was tried and convicted of homicide and is in prison never to drive again, why is it the driver always walks away without injuries, not wearing a seat belt. Nick needs to pay for this I have no symphathy!!!!
i agree with some people saying that it was just an accident and nick dident try to crash his car but hes still young and he dosent have resposability i think hes only had his licence for one year or so and his been ticketed several times ( kids)

Seriously, everyone just needs to live nick alone. Look at the interview that John’s mother gave. The families were close and they are all trying to be positive for John’s sake, as should everyone else. I understand that it is different when it is your child but I think that right now its just about John’s recovery and not who’s at fault. The reason why Nick and Brooke said positive things was so that the media and rude people would leave them alone. All that both families want is for John to wake up and a positive environment. Oh and yes, it was an accident even if Nick was speeding badly but John was in the car knowing how Nick drove and knowing what he was getting himself into. Besides his mother said that he himself would go over 100mph too. So leave a young kid alone, stop pointing fingers and just pray that his friend recovers.

I’d like to say I understand the anger of some ppl about nick’s msg but there’s 2 ways of looking at it and hopefully the way I see it is the way he meant it!
I got into a tragic car accident myself last year, which wasnt caused by street racing, so I wasnt charge with anything..cuz it was truely an acident. I do agree with the ppl who say he should be charged, becuz like many ppl sd “a lot of teenagers speed” well maybe if they see the possible consequences they’ll think twice from now on! I think speeding is the same as drinking and driving, ur being reckless in both situations and no good can come from it…
Now about Nick’s msg.. seatbelt or no seatbelt he feels horrible about it ( I hope) and I do agree with him on some extend that if John would of worn his seatbelt maybe he wouldn’t be in that state (MAYBE). In my situation the fact I was wearing a seatbelt did both save myself cuz I would of went flying out of the window but at the same time almost chocked me to death… my friend who remained criticaly injured wasnt wearing one and I do believe, if he was maybe it wouldn’t be soo bad right now. Although he wasnt, I still feel very responsable but I finaly learned you can never blame something on some1 100% if he didnt do it on purpose… Back to his msg the fact that he says John’s going to wake up and all that..that’s the “Denial state” I was in it for about 4 months. Your soo affraid of the truth that u keep on telling urself everything will be fine, until u actualy end up beliving that ur lie is the reality…
So I hope that’s how he feels cuz it’s not a small thing that happend and it is he’s fault it happend, he’s at the wheel, he’s pressing the gas… But hopefully he becomes a wiser person, I know I did..
