For months, it has been no surprise that Britney was going to lose her kids. Now that she has, she isn’t even smart enough to pretend she wants them back. According to rumors, she was planning to appear in court and get her babies back. Well, she decided not to show up in court and Kevin did. The judge decided to allow Federline to keep custody for now and rather than giving Britney 50% custody, the judge ordered monitored visitation rights. At this point one has to wonder if the crazy bitch will even show up for her visits.
I can just see it now!
“Ooops, I’m sorry ya’ll. I dun forgot it was visitin’ time. I was at Starbucks with pookie. Ya’ll want some of mommy’s latte?”
The judge decided the rules for the current custody arrangement in a three hour, closed door court session. The only people present were court employees, Federline, and the attorney’s for both sides. Britney decided not to show up. Custody has been given to Federline, at least until the next court hearing, which is on October 26. At that point both Britney and KFed have been ordered to appear in court. Hopefully Britney will be sensible if she shows up and she’ll wear pants!
According to court reporters, Britney will have access to the kids about every other day. Kevin did not comment when he left the court, though his attorney said, “We felt (the custody) orders were justified and Kevin was pleased with the orders in place.” Britney’s attorney didn’t have much to say.
