Tara Reid on How Partying has made her Retarded

You may not recognize the name Tara Reid. She’s a party girl (or was) who acted (poorly) in a couple of movies. Someone told her she was a celebrity, but the rest of the world hasn’t quite caught on to that memo. She’s ready to make a comeback though and she’s doing it by trashing fellow celebs who have tried to follow in her footsteps by offering Hollywood little (other than gossip) and expecting much love and adoration in return.

Reid spoke to FHM Online and had tons to say.

FHM asked if she did a lot of partying:

Everyone does, but you’ll never read a story about me going out and partying when I’m supposed to be working, showing up on a set drunk or missing a day, never. But when I’m not working why shouldn’t I have fun? Am I supposed to stay at home and live in a cage? I like to have fun and have people around me. I think the reason I never ended up in as much trouble as Paris or Lindsay [Lohan] is that I’m not stupid, so I’d never do a lot of the things those girls do, and I’ve always had good friends around me.

Next they asked if those girls (Paris and Lindsay) are stupid:

Yeah. Like, Lindsay makes $15 million a movie, so why doesn’t she have a driver? I don’t get it. If you get drunk, that’s fine, but don’t drive. They need to straighten up a little bit and make better investments. And they should surround themselves with better people who don’t let them get themselves in trouble.

Wow. When she’s not working? That was a nice touch. She’s trying to give us the impression that someone wants to hire her in the first place. Let’s face it. She would have a better chance of getting a job as the jizz mopper at Déjà vu than she would getting a good movie role.
