Well it’s official. The Writers Guild has gone on Strike. If you love reality television you will not have to worry about anything changing. If you don’t I highly recommend you begin to appreciate it or go buy some of your favorite television shows on DVD because otherwise you might be in trouble.

While some things like soap operas are set to suffer the worst, dramas like Grey’s Anatomy will not be that well off either. According to Patrick Dempsey, (McDreamy) on Grey’s Anatomy, the show is set through Christmas, but from there they might be ending the season early and unplanned. Most shows are going to be in a similar predicament. In fact, only one show may come out unscathed, permitting the strike doesn’t last for years. Lost is not due to begin until February. When it does, it already has 8 fresh episodes written, six of which have already been filmed.

Early in Halle Berry’s Hollywood career she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Now, she is telling people that thanks to a healthy lifestyle and good diet she has reversed those symptoms and can now be reclassified as a type 2 diabetic. There is one only problem with her nonsensical statements. As the pancreas is technically destroyed in a type 1 diabetic and they are unable to produce insulin, the process cannot be reversed through diet and exercise. Medically speaking, at this point, it cannot be reversed at all.

However, she is claiming the impossible and pissing off plenty of experts along the way. Experts are saying that she has confused several other diabetics by making these unfounded, illogical claims.

American Idol starts Season Seven in about two months. However, right now the show is actually doing all of the taping for Hollywood Week. While this goes on some changes are being made behind the scenes that will rearrange how things work on American Idol.

I have absolutely no idea who Cheryl Cole is. Apparently she’s a singer, but I don’t know what she sings. Regardless of this fact, I find this bit of news extremely hilarious in nature. Cheryl Cole says that Britney Spears used to be her idol. Unfortunately, these days, things have changed and she is now saying that Spears is a nutcase.

Cheryl told The Sun:
“It’s devastating to see Britney like this. It’s so sad, she needs help. She’s mentally ill. She’s someone I idolized growing up and I wanted to be like her. She was amazing and had the whole package. It’s such a shame. I just want to hug her. I’ve said that she can come to my house and I’ll look after her - but she’s rejecting people. Denial, that’s what that is. It looks like she’s got post-natal depression that’s got out of control.”

Nancy Grace is the proud mother of twin babies that she delivered on Sunday. Originally Grace was not due until January, but due to health issues including Pulmonary Edema her doctors advised her to give birth on Sunday.

Grace has been married to husband, David Linch, since April of this year. The children include one boy, John David and a girl, Lucy Elizabeth. John weighed in at 5 lbs and 1 oz, according to People Magazine. Meanwhile, Lucy was a bit smaller at 2 lbs, 15 oz.

Linch has said that the babies are doing well. He told People, “The babies are doing fine. Our little girl is doing just as well as her brother despite her weight – and mom is doing great.”
