The Malibu wildfires are burning up anything in the path of the flames. Due to the huge amount of celebrities that live in the Malibu area, many stars are being evacuated and some are dealing with the loss of their homes and property if the flames attack their estate.

Of those that have been evacuated the list includes Jennifer Aniston, Mel Gibson, Susanne Summers, Sean Penn, and Kelsey Grammer. Sean Penn’s trailer was scorched by the searing fires. Meanwhile, Britney Spears who paid $9 million to rent a home for six months in Malibu is not even aware of how her house is doing. She recently said, “I don’t think it touched my house. I’m real scared.”

I can see why she would be scared. If she had to replace everything she lost in a fire, she might have to stop drinking Starbucks and get a real job. You know, like one she’s qualified for. “Hi Ya’ll…My name’s Britney would ya’ll like that frapauccino blended with coffee or crème?”

The people from the former Lost star Michelle Rodriquez’s camp are saying that it’s not fair that the star is going to jail for 180 days for a probation violation. The celebrity was supposed to do community service and turned in fraudulent paperwork claiming to have wrapped up the service when she was actually in another state. As a result, she has been remanded to a period of jail time. Recently, she just passed a drug test that tested for ten substances and alcohol. As she passed there is now a campaign (by her people) to try to stop her jail sentence.

“There is no lesson that Michelle Rodriguez could learn in 180 days that she couldn’t learn in 18, or even 8. We do not believe that the imprisonment of this woman is a demonstration of justice nor a fair punishment for her crimes. She is a good person,” says the petition directed to Rodriguez’s judge in the case.

Esquire Magazine has made Charlize Theron as the sexiest woman in the entire world. In the past this was a title that has been held by beauties such as Angelina Jolie, Jessica Biel, and Scarlett Johansson.

While I think Charlize is seriously hot I am not convinced that she’s the sexiest woman in the entire world. She certainly has her moments of WTF, though with her blonde locks and hot figure she does look great. She looks even better when you take her age into account.

In Rosie O’Donnell’s new book Celebrity Detox, she goes a couple of places that I am sure no one on earth was ever interested in going. One of those places was Barbra Walter’s vagina. I know…I know…but seriously…who wants to know if Barbra uses lube, much less, what kind?!

Rush and Malloy reported on Rosie’s on stage rant about Walters, which included her sexual lube usage.

Rosie also confided that she and the veteran newswoman were actually so close early on in her tenure as moderator that Walters recommended Rosie use Astroglide, which, she added, took her by surprise.

Superstitions suck. If you don’t believe me just ask Halle Berry. The pregnant actress was so desperate to conceive she did everything she could think of. She even told Oprah that she saved her old pregnancy tests because she is superstitious.Ya know, I’ve heard of, “Out of sight, out of mind.” I’ve never heard of, “Overabundant urine smell means pregnancy.” However, to each their own…I guess. Maybe she has different sayings in her house.

Female First reports:

The 41-year-old star revealed she tried everything to conceive, and even believed saving all her negative pregnancy tests would help her chances. [She told Oprah]: “I’m sort of superstitious, so I saved all of the negative pregnancy tests in a drawer. I don’t know why, but I did. After about 35 tests, we finally got a positive test.”

Sarah Silverman spoke to USA Today recently. During the interview, she spoke about various celebrities including Paris Hilton, David Letterman, Britney Spears, and Angelina Jolie.

She said that Paris handled herself well under the circumstances, which was nice considering past comments the hilarious comedian has made about Hilton. However, on Dave she said, “I love Dave. The old Letterman was back a little bit,” she says. “He was being a hilarious pain. I thought it was like old, classic Dave.”

On Spears and the VMA comments about Britney’s kids (who she no longer has custody of):

“My instinct is to answer honestly. People keep saying I’m still talking about it, but I’m not the one bringing it up. I’m over it. I loved the jokes.”

Mary Kate Olsen is one of those interesting people that you just can’t ignore. She’s sort of like herpes or one of those midget prostitutes that you see on the Jerry Springer Show. You want them to go away, but when they don’t you can’t help but scratch the itch and keep watching. However, in any case the lesson is that you shouldn’t get too close to those weird closet obsessions that you have. You should just say no to Mary Kate. If you don’t you may receive the same weird reaction that other fans have received.

US Magazine is reporting that a male fan was checking out MK. She grabbed him and kissed his cheek, which might have made his day. The problem is, that when she did, she also said something pretty weird – and it wasn’t, “You got it Dude!” Nope, instead it was something like…”Christ saves all! I save all! Consider yourself saved!”

Former Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez has violated her probation (again). This time prosecutors are saying that she did not finish her community service and she did not complete an alcohol education program. Rodriguez was in court Friday to explain why she submitted a document claiming she had performed community service on the same day she later admitted that she was in NYC.

Rodriguez violated her probation in 2003 when she was caught driving drunk. At that time she was supposed to serve 30 days of community service among other punishments. If the actress is found guilty of violating probation, she could spend over a year in jail as punishment. More specifically, she could end up in jail for anywhere from 477 to 537 days and have to pay a $2,000 fine.

No one was quite sure why Kate Hudson was with Dax Shepard. Sure, we could understand why he was with her, but the other way around, not so much. However, according to OK Magazine the love affair is officially over. In fact, it’s so over that someone had to call Dax and tell him because Kate didn’t even want to speak to him to dump him.

Sources for OK say, “Dax got a phone call about it from a friend. He’s upset that she didn’t bother to say anything to him.”

Gee. That’s too bad. However, can’t say that I am sorry to see him go…because…well, I’m not.

Fans of Bonnie Hunt will be thrilled to know that they will have the option of seeing her around a lot more come fall 2008. Bonnie Hunt just signed a two year deal that will introduce her to the talk show circuit. The show will be produced through Warner Bros. Telepictures Productions as they have spent a great deal wooing Hunt and apparently it has finally paid off.

The President of Telepictures had plenty of good things to say about Hunt, including, “Bonnie has attracted the attention of the talk show community for years. Anyone who has seen her regular talk show appearances and guest hosting on ‘Letterman’ or ‘Regis and Kelly’ knows she has the talent and rare skills to host a daily show,”

Actress Salma Hayek has given birth.

This is the first child for the new mother. Hayek who had been attempting to conceal the sex of the baby has had a girl. She gave birth on Friday night and it was rumored that she had checked into Cedars-Sinai earlier in the day. The baby’s name is Valentina Paloma. Other than that, no other details have been released. Reps for Hayek have said, “mother and child are doing well.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are planning to expand their family by adopting another child. This time the location of choice is Burma. According to the Daily Mail, the couple is receiving help from one of the leading monks in the country to visit an orphanage. Insiders say that Angelina has become “increasingly despondent” when it comes to the progress she is making in the third world. She wants to offer as much help as she can and feels that Burma may be the ideal place to adopt another child. Sources are saying she’s hoping for a girl this time.

Sources have said, “Angelina feels she is barely making a dent in the suffering she sees throughout the Third World as she travels incognito to different countries as a United Nations representative. She wants to step up her action in what she calls Red Alert areas, the most seriously troubled, war-torn areas in the world. She’s in talks to go into Burma and help with students and AIDS victims who are suffering terribly.”

Word on the streets is that Scarlett Johansson is behaving like a bit of a diva on the set of, He’s Just Not That Into You. Apparently, Johansson goes out of her way to use her star power on set, while co-star Drew Barrymore is the average, everyday girl.

Sources are saying that Johansson used three assistants to shield her with umbrellas while outside and had a shuttle drive her 100 yards to the set, even though Drew made it there on her own two feet. The source continued by saying, “Scarlett’s a total diva. Some people are cool, and others are not.”
