There really should be a rule that if you’re going to go to rehab for two months that you have to try and at least spend…two weeks sober. Unfortunately, when it’s Friday night on the outside and you’re in Utah what else are you gonna do than get blitzing drunk at the nearest bar?

If you’re from Utah you might have other alternatives, but apparently Lindsay Lohan couldn’t think of anything better to do.

E! News Says:

“According to some Utah locals, Lindsay was spotted at a Park City club Friday night. And despite her two-month stint in rehab, our bar witness thought Linds looked less than refreshed.”

This is nice speak for “the bitch was drunk off her…socks”…Yeah…that’s it.

DH (David Hasselhoff) seems to be an okay guy. Sure, he’s no Knight Rider anymore, but so few are. Unfortunately, the former Baywatch star has had a relapse and is going back to rehab. Am I the only one who didn’t know he was addicted to something in the first place?

The National Enquirer (I know, hardly creditable) claims that Hoff had a drinking binge and was later admitted to the Cedar Sinai Medical Center for rehab. Sources for the Enquirer have said that Hoff looked terrible when he went into rehab. Apparently the entire experience was quite sad.

Hoff’s reps told TMZ:

“David had a brief relapse and immediately recognized the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors. He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning.”

Her people might have been saying that she wasn’t leaving rehab and that her little vacation was just a vacation with Daddy, but apparently there was little truth to those words. According to People Magazine sources, Lindsay is finished with rehab and won’t be coming back unless it’s for outpatient treatment. They even claim she’s going to be in a new movie…a tango movie at that!

“She’s finished the program,” one source says. “Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay.”

Lohan is already gearing up for her return to work: A source says she has plans to start filming her tango-themed movie, “Dare to Love Me”, in Los Angeles on Oct. 15. Plus, says the source, despite reports suggesting Lindsay is an insurance liability for film studios, Lohan has been insured for this film.

Amy Winehouse is known for one thing above all else. She’s known for being a raging junkie. The girl may have talent and a classic sounding voice, but you wouldn’t know that over the talk of horse tranquilizers and heroin (or whatever she’s taking this week.) One of the main causes to blame for this bad girl behavior, at least according to family and friends of Wino, is her hubby Blake. However, the Sun UK has sources saying that maybe Amy is headed towards the light at the bottom of the bottle, where she will realize that Blake is bad news for her.

The Sun reports that Amy’s friends welcomed Blake into her life at the beginning. However, it did not take long for them to see he was bad news. They tried to be positive, but when he left Amy’s side during her overdose it was over. They no longer wanted anything to do with that bum. The problem was that up until now Amy still saw him as an amazing guy. It is rumored that the tides may be changing.

Former Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez has violated her probation (again). This time prosecutors are saying that she did not finish her community service and she did not complete an alcohol education program. Rodriguez was in court Friday to explain why she submitted a document claiming she had performed community service on the same day she later admitted that she was in NYC.

Rodriguez violated her probation in 2003 when she was caught driving drunk. At that time she was supposed to serve 30 days of community service among other punishments. If the actress is found guilty of violating probation, she could spend over a year in jail as punishment. More specifically, she could end up in jail for anywhere from 477 to 537 days and have to pay a $2,000 fine.

Earlier in the week we told you that Kiefer Sutherland could be charged with a DUI for driving drunk. Today he was officially charged and according to the city’s attorney’s office, he could end up going to jail for more than a year. The reason for the steep sentence would deal with the fact that this is the second DUI within a number of years. Police believe this also means that he has violated probation, which was given during the first DUI that occurred in 2004. If the courts decide Sutherland is guilty of probation violation, he could serve another six months on top of any sentence that he is given.

Sutherland was scheduled for arraignment on October 16. However, as the original crime is a misdemeanor he does not have to show up in court unless a judge orders him to arrive. At this point that has not happened.

TMZ is reporting that Kiefer Sutherland, the star of Fox’s hit 24 was recently popped for driving under the influence. According to TMZ, Sutherland was stopped after making an illegal U-turn. He was then arrested for misdemeanor DUI and was transported to the Hollywood Police Station.

Booking took place at 4:09 AM and Sutherland was released by 5:42 AM. He was charged with $25,000 bail, which was paid so that he could go on his way. Sources say that Sutherland was “cooperative and mellow” while in custody.

As this is the actor’s second DUI, if he is convicted he will need to serve at least five days in jail. Of course, if Sutherland receives the same treatment as the starlets that five days will equal 90 or so minutes.

The Gimme More, pop tart is said to have a new diet plan. You didn’t expect her to live on Vodka and Cheetos forever, did you? Apparently, Britney’s new diet involves vomit and Hoodia. Sure, you might be skeptical, but you shouldn’t knock it until you try it.

OK Magazine has said that Britney is using asthma inhalers to suppress her appetite. They say she is also using diet pills and throwing up. What a waste of money! I mean, if you’re going out of your way to get illegal diet pills you really shouldn’t throw them up.

When you’re a prince that has everything what do you do for fun? Sure, some might take up sports or womanizing. Others might take up drugs. For Prince Harry he has taken up vodka snorting. The Sun UK reports that Harry was seen snorting vodka as part of a drinking game.

In fact, he was captured on video inhaling around a cap-full of vodka through his nose while he was on vacation with his girlfriend, Chelsy. In the video footage, Harry’s friends all attempt to root for him as he ingests some of the alcohol and then spits it into the bottle cap.

Next thing you know, Harry is covering his right nostril and taking a huge sniff through the left. Once he took the hit he went into a sort of shock and began shuddering. His friends all stood around him and cheered.

In a bit of all inspiring news, sources are saying that Lindsay Lohan will leave rehab a changed woman. In fact, she has grown so much she plans to add writing to her list of talents that already include being a singer and a blacklisted actress who few, if any, want to work with.

Sources say that Lindsay has struggled for so long that she is hoping to help others who are in the places that she has been. The source continues talking about Lindsay’s upcoming masterpiece by saying, “She found solace in reading memoirs of others who suffered to overcome their addictions, and she wants to similarly put her experiences out there.”

Star Magazine is reporting two very humorous things. One may be more truthful then the other, but I will leave that for you to decide. The first thing is that Lindsay hates Hollywood because they made her a junkie. She told her daddy she wants to leave that life behind her.

“Daddy, I have done some terrible things and been addicted to drugs but please believe me I will never do drugs again. I hate Hollywood and I don’t want to work there. I need a break and I am moving away. I will stop hanging around with the people that are bad for me.”

Britney “trainwreck” Spears has her big comeback planned for this evening at the VMAs. You would think that this would mean lots of rest from her previous antics and plenty of practice. While she has gotten some practice in, apparently the pop tart doesn’t believe in rest. Instead she went out last night and partied at multiple clubs until 3 AM.

People Magazine is reporting that she started the night with four friends at a Cirque du Soleil, Mystere performance. From there, Spears slipped off to Body English, in the Hard Rock Hotel for the 50 Cent album release party. Diddy was there, as well and they both ended up slipping into 50’s booth with Paris Hilton. Makes sense Paris would be there. No better place to get your body in shape for pregnancy than a bar. What is she…on the Amy Winehouse pregnancy plan?

Amy Winehouse is just a barrel of news these days. First there was that overdose, then the 12 minute stint in rehab, the breakdown, her interest in having a kid, the vacation, the fresh drug tracks, the bloody-vomit bathroom thing, her daddy so worried he’s trying to take her money, and now this. Apparently, sources are telling News of the World that Amy and her druggy husband Blake have been mixing drugs and sex on their week long vacation. While it has already been reported that the couple are thinking of having a child, now they are saying that Amy might already be pregnant.

A source told News of the World, “Amy and Blake really want a child together and they don’t want to wait. They’re trying for a baby and Amy told us she could be expecting.” The source goes on to say, “Amy thinks she might be pregnant because they shagged all holiday. She really wants a baby and thinks it will help get her life back on track.”

The Daily Mail is reporting that Amy Winehouse’s dad is looking to take control of her money. Not only that, but he also wants to ensure that hubby Blake cannot get his mitts on it either. Currently, Blake handles the money in the relationship and it is rumored he plans to begin managing Winehouse’s career in the near future.

Mitch Winehouse wants to take control of the money because he feels if he cuts off her drug money then it will help her get clean. Well, that or she will become a part-time hooker like other drug addicts. Mitch has told sources, “It makes me sick. He is the reason she will die. I am not going to see him get everything that she worked so hard for.”
